Making a purchase could not be easier. Simply browse my Gallery Shop until you find an image you like. Click on the image and you will be taken to a product page where you can select the size of the artwork. To complete your order click the ADD TO CART button. I recommend PayPal for all payments. Delivery Information
Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. I promise to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Obviously your location will determine the shipping time.
Do your prices include GST?
Yes, all prices include GST and are quoted in Australian dollars. Unless otherwise stated, prices do NOT include freight, postage and handling.
Freight, Postage and Handling Costs
Orders will be shipped once final payment has been received.
Postage within Australia
Art work worth $150 – postage is $7.50
Art work worth $400 – postage is $16.00
Art work worth $750 – postage is $24.75
Outside Australia
To minimise your freight costs, charges will be calculated on the weight of the order. I will advise you via email if there is any extra freight costs prior to processing you order.
Returns & Cancellation Policy
I make every effort to ensure that my artwork meets your expectations and is packaged securely for transport.
If you are dissatisfied with your order, the artwork must be returned within 7 days of invoice at your expense. Any payments made less freight will be credited to your account after goods have been received and are in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
Damaged Goods
If any items arrive damaged I are happy to provide you with a replacement. The goods must be returned within 7 days of invoice at your expense.
Your Right To Cancel
Once your order is accepted, you will receive a confirmation notice. The order may be cancelled within 2 days from receipt of this confirmation. To do so you must supply me written notice (fax or email is acceptable). Any payments made will be refunded in full after receipt of cancellation notification. If goods have already been dispatched prior to cancellation notification being received, our Returns Policy will then apply.
Conformity Of Goods
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of all products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the art is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
Security & Privacy
Your browser will go into secure mode as soon as you click through to the PayPal shopping cart. You can check that you are shopping in a secure environment by looking for the padlock icon at the bottom of your browser screen. PayPal is one of the safest methods for payment over the internet. I do not have access to your credit card details as these are processed by PayPal. I will not keep any details about you and I will never at any time give your details to anyone.
